Lauren will guide you through the wedding planning process from start to finish, helping you with every aspect from budget development and management to vendor sourcing, design direction, and overseeing execution on the day of your wedding.

This service is perfect for couples who have busy work or personal lives, are planning remotely, or for those who simply want to entrust their day to an experienced wedding planner who can take the lead for them and help them make decisions.

Wedding Coordination
Wedding coordination is perfect for couples who are comfortable taking the lead to plan their wedding, but would like guidance in buttoning up final details and the assurance of having a professional on-site and to manage their wedding day.

In the final two months before your wedding, Lauren will step in to review all of your planning details including vendors and vendor contracts, wedding party information, decor and design elements, and all the other details you've been working on. She will develop a detailed timeline for your day, help you put together a floor plan with your seating chart, take over the communications with your vendors, and make sure nothing has been forgotten or overlooked.

Lauren will be there with you on the day of your wedding to ensure a flawless execution of your plans, oversee all formalities and vendors, take care of your personal decor items, and most importantly to handle things so you can enjoy your day.
Consultation time can be added to this package if desired, so you can get advice or discuss your ideas as you plan your wedding.

Venue Sourcing
Finding a venue is a key piece for your wedding, and it sets the foundation for the rest of your planning journey. When you work with Lauren to book your venue, she will start by helping you to develop your high-level budget and a recommendation on how much to invest in your venue, food and beverage, and basic rental items.
Clients fill out a detailed questionnaire and meet with Lauren to review in detail so she can understand your priorities, aesthetic preferences, and ideal locations. From there, Lauren will present venue options to you in a clear and detailed format so you can compare venues side by side as you make your decision. Lauren will set up and attend venue tours with you as you narrow down the list of your top choices, and work with you through signing your contract.
This service is offered as a standalone package so couples can have the flexibility in choosing a wedding date that works the best for them, as well as the option to determine later how much wedding planning support they need.
